Service / Capability
Digital Humans & Interactive Presenters
A deployable digital presenter built around a character, an approved content set and the intended venue. The experience may be fully scripted or include bounded interaction, depending on content governance, privacy and runtime constraints.

Project framing
Start with the outcome, then choose the format
The strongest digital presenter has a clear role and a governed content set. We define who the character represents, the questions it should handle and the fallback path before producing finished assets.
A scripted edition can provide a stable first release. More open interaction is considered only when source ownership, moderation, privacy, connectivity and operating costs are understood.
Who it serves
- Corporate showrooms and visitor centres adding a consistent digital host
- Museums and cultural venues developing character-led interpretation
- Education teams presenting approved learning content in an engaging format
- IP owners adapting an existing character for guided digital presentation
Where it fits
- Welcome visitors and introduce a venue or recommended route
- Deliver a controlled presentation of products, projects, brands or exhibits
- Offer reviewed language editions and menu-led story branches
- Provide bounded question-and-answer or content retrieval when explicitly scoped
Deliverables
What the engagement can hand over
- 01
A character specification and production asset at the agreed level of detail
- 02
A defined set of expressions, gestures, camera states and presentation animation
- 03
Reviewed scripts, voice, subtitles and content branches
- 04
An interactive interface and target-device application
- 05
A deployable build, content register and agreed update workflow
Project inputs
What we need before production starts
- Character or brand-IP references with documented usage rights
- Approved scripts, source material, anticipated questions and named reviewers
- Language and voice direction, recordings and necessary permissions
- Target display, camera, microphone, touch or other intended input method
- Brand, privacy, content-safety and venue operating requirements
Working process
From source material to a deployable release
- 01
Define the role: agree who the presenter represents, what the audience needs and which subjects are out of bounds
- 02
Prototype the conversation: test the narrative, menu or bounded question flow and fallback states
- 03
Produce character and content: build the visual performance, audio and interface around approved material
- 04
Validate the runtime: test inputs, connectivity and recovery on the target setup
Scope boundaries
Decisions that require explicit agreement
- The presenter is not positioned as an unrestricted autonomous agent; it operates from scripted or explicitly bounded content
- Likeness, voice, character, script and media rights must be cleared before production
- Speech, retrieval, third-party models, network services, data handling and recurring costs are included only when named in scope
Frequently asked
Questions to resolve before kickoff
01Can the presenter use our existing brand character?
Yes, provided the visual references, performance direction and character or voice rights are documented.
02Can it answer questions live?
Potentially, after reviewing source material, allowed topics, moderation, connectivity and privacy. A guided menu or scripted branch may be safer.
03Can the experience present in Chinese and English?
Yes. Each edition needs its own script rhythm, terminology, subtitles and voice review rather than a literal translation pass.
