Form data
How your submitted information is used
When you submit an enquiry via the website form or WeCom, we collect your name, company, contact details and project description. This information is used solely to assess project requirements, respond to enquiries and follow up on communication. It is never sold or shared with third parties.
In production, form data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored server-side, retained only for the duration of enquiry processing. You may request deletion of submitted information at any time.
Server logs
How access logs are recorded
The server automatically records access logs including IP address (irreversible hash), access time, request path, browser type and referrer. Logs are used for security, performance analysis and crawler identification, not for personal tracking.
Logs are retained for 30 days and then automatically deleted.
Analytics
Optional statistics
Chinese pages may enable Baidu Tongji; English pages may enable Google Analytics 4. These tools help us understand page views, traffic sources and device distribution. When analytics IDs are not configured, the corresponding scripts are not loaded.
Analytics tools use cookies to collect anonymous visit data. You can refuse cookies via browser settings without affecting normal site use.
Data security
Information protection measures
All transmission uses HTTPS encryption. Form submission does not expose email or server addresses to the frontend. Credentials are stored in server environment variables, not in code repositories or log files.
Project material scope and access permissions are agreed before kickoff. Materials without publication permission do not enter the public website or public storage.
